LG will be the first manufacturer of television sets with curved screens
CES exhibition became a field of competition between Samsung and LG: the two companies announced plans to release the world's first TV with a curved OLED-display. Apparently, LG will be the winner in this competition: in the next month manufacturer will supply televisions based on technology Curved OLED TV in South Korea.

As with the previous 55-inch flat TV, went on sale in February, 55EA9800 can boast support of technology WRGB, consisting in the presence of white subpixels, in addition to the red, green and blue. Another advantage of the inherited novelty - the ability to maintain a high level of contrast regardless of ambient lighting or viewing angle.
The thickness of the new curved screen is 4.3 mm, and weight - 17 kg. If you prefer, you can lock the TV on the wall - it is developed with a special attachment. The cost of this new device is not cheap and is about 13,500 dollars.
